What 360ecom is

What you will find

360ecom publishes articles that answer specific questions, cornerstone guides that map a topic, and free tools that run in the browser. The loop is intentional: an article should send you to a calculator or a guide, and a tool should explain the formula instead of hiding it.

Who it is for

Operators, founders, merchandisers, marketers and developers who work on online stores — Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces, or a custom stack. It is not a lifestyle magazine and it is not a general news desk.

Editorial philosophy

Write the explanation first. Show the formula. Separate a metric from a business decision. Do not invent testimonials, traffic figures, awards or expert credentials. If we do not have a fact, we omit it.

Research process

Pages start from a real search intent or operating question. Platform behaviour is described at the level of documented, durable concepts (collections, permalinks, faceted navigation), not as a dump of UI chrome that will be outdated next week. Tax, company registration and payment licensing are flagged as local requirements, not as legal advice.

How content is updated

Each article and guide shows a published date and an updated date. Material changes — a wrong formula, a platform constraint that no longer holds — should change the page, not sit in a changelog nobody reads.

How tools are created

Calculators are implemented in the client with validation and reset. They do not call an API for the math and they do not collect email addresses. The accompanying copy states what the tool will not do (live marketplace fee schedules, official GST classification, Google title rewriting).
